Valencia is also the ancestral home of our Chef Gabriel Flores, founder and executive chef of Top Spanish Cafe located in the Georgia Ave Main Street Corridor in the up and coming Parkview neighborhood in NW Washington DC, two blocks from the Petworth/GA Metro Station served by the Green and Yellow Line. And is without exaggeration, we can say that Paella runs thru our chef's veins
